International: For a limited time, each order is charged at a flat rate of 4.90 Euros for standard shipping.

Since our products are hand-made to order, please allow us up to 2 weeks before the shipment of your purchase.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
International Standard Shipping: After your order is completed, it takes 7-20 business days for most major cities worldwide.
Note: There can be occasional customs or courier delays that may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately is beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended to during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. In most cases, a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been shipped, we are going to send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?
We ship orders from Turkey. Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the payment of these costs. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.
If item/s get damaged during transportation and you’ve seen them damaged when you first open the box, please let us know within 24 hours after the delivery of the item to start an exchange process. A refund is not possible for damaged goods.
On product pages, there are explanations for each item. If the customer demands a return for the information that is already written on the product page, a return won't be possible.
Natural gemstones come in different shades and tones by their nature. If the customer demands a specific tone of natural gemstones ( i.e. blue sapphire comes in different shades like dark blue, light blue, etc.), it is necessary for the customer to get in contact with us right after the order. Unless the stone will be used randomly.
The photographs on the product pages are a close representation of the pieces that will be sent to you. Since all items are handmade and made of natural gemstones, they are slightly different from each other and also different than the photography on the product page. If you have any concerns, please get in contact with us after your order.
We offer a 14-day return policy on all full-price merchandise. The return window begins on the day your order is marked as delivered on the tracking page.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
All sale items purchased and items purchased using a discount code equal to or higher than 15% are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable posts as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
If a customer asks for a refund of a used item, the returning package will be sent back to the customer and the refund will be canceled.
Price adjustments on prior purchases are not available and the shipping and custom duty charges are non-refundable.
Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom-made items. These items include custom engraving, custom initial/letter necklaces, and bracelets, custom-made jewelry upon request.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days of your item being received by Reaso. We are not responsible for the possible charges your bank may incur.
Once your item has been received and refunded, you will be notified via email.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your return lodge email.
