All pieces are made of 925c sterling silver, precious and semi-precious gemstones.

HANDMADE VARIABILITY:
Due to the handmade nature of the fabrication process and the materials used, no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items pictured in Reaso Studio wholesale collection are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.
ORDERS:
A minimum of €500 is required for opening orders in order to supply an attractive display of the collection. The cost of shipping must be covered by the retailer.
For orders over €800, we will be covering the shipping cost.
Orders must be paid in full with a credit card or through PayPal before production.
FABRICATION & LEAD TIME:
Each item is handmade to order. Once an order is placed, please allow 14 days for production.
PACKAGING:
All pieces in your order will come in Reaso Studio packaging that could include boxes, thank-you cards, care instructions, and pouches.
DAMAGES/DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact me atnehirtutucu@gmail.com within three days of receiving a damaged or defective shipment.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale orders are handmade especially for your boutique once it is ordered. Therefore,merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. I will only accept returns in the case of defectivemerchandise.
